Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply get in touch with me and arrange to return the item to me in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Please kindly note that I do not accept returns on items that have been personalised, custom stamped or made to order for you, as these items have been made specifically to your size and specifications.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns.

Sale items are not eligible for returns unless faulty.


PLEASE NOTE:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless I have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility.

Faulty/Damaged Items:

Hopefully your jewellery will arrive in perfect condition, but unfortunately, sometimes things do go wrong.  I will refund, repair or replace an item if it arrives to you in a faulty/damaged condition . I ask for the items to be returned to myself in the first instance and if a refund is requested, I will process this on receipt of the goods.

Care instructions

It’s generally a good idea to remove jewellery when using water as the different minerals and chemicals in watery places may affect the natural patina we apply to the metals.

Use good sense when working with your hands to remove rings/bracelets to avoid potential damage to softer gems such as Opal and Moonstone.
